The mountains of B\u00fckk National Park are perfect for guests who enjoy being active for a day. You can go hiking and cycling here. The mountain range can be seen from the campsite if you look towards the North. The mountains are located between the cities of Eger and Miskolc. If you drive for an hour from the campsite, you'll find yourself in the heart of the mountains. In less than a 30-minute drive, the hills begin, and there are charming villages to visit such as: Bog\u00e1cs, Hars\u00e1ny, and Cser\u00e9pv\u00e1ralja. These are perfect starting points for beautiful hikes in the hills. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The B\u00fckk Mountains are part of the Inner Western Carpathians. This mountain range contains more than 20 peaks that are higher than 900m. The highest point of the B\u00fckk Mountains is Kett\u0151s-b\u00e9rc, at 961m. \n

You can enjoy excellent cycling and hiking here, with various marked routes available. The trails are well signposted and vary in difficulty level. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Cycling is possible on both paved and unpaved routes. There are many unpaved roads winding through the mountains and valleys of the park. Along the way, you will come across various caves in the area. <\/p>\n

In the middle of the mountains, there is a stunning plateau surrounded by steep cliffs. <\/p>\n

During the activity, you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna that the mountains have to offer. <\/p>\n

In Lillaf\u00fcred, there are two stalactite caves (see the page \u2018Active -> Stalactite Caves\u2019). There is also a small train that takes you into the mountains for hiking. Additionally, you can take a cable car up the mountains or go rowing on the lake. \n

In Szilv\u00e1sv\u00e1rad, there is a small train that takes you up into the mountains. Tip: take the train up and walk down while enjoying the natural surroundings. You can also climb a lookout tower that offers a beautiful view of the area. In the Szalajka Valley, there are stunning waterfalls where you can go for a hike.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
