On the edge of the quiet Hungarian village of Gelej you will find our detached (completely renovated in 2026) holiday home. A lovely place where you can enjoy the space, nature and the authentic Hungarian village life. 

With a large, fully fenced garden and direct access to the vast Hungarian Puszta, this is the ideal place for those seeking peace and nature lovers. 

Whether you want to explore the surroundings or just want to completely relax, in our holiday home you can enjoy Hungary your way!

Our holiday home is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. This provides sleeping space for up to 4 people. 

The kitchen is also fully equipped, so you can easily prepare a meal yourself. 

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with mirror and additional power outlets.

Outside you will find a lovely covered terrace and a large, fully fenced garden (1.20cm high). A wonderful place to wake up quietly with a cup of coffee, to enjoy the outdoors, or to relax after a day full of discoveries. 

Because the holiday home is detached, you also enjoy your own space and privacy. 

One of the most distinctive features of our holiday home is its location. From the backyard, you can immediately walk into the Hungarian Puszta. 

Here you will find vast views, vast fields, plenty of wildlife (such as hares, foxes, badgers, and a wide variety of (predatory) birds), and above all, a lot of peace and space. So you don’t need a car to enjoy nature. Put on your (hiking) shoes and discover the endless landscape directly from your holiday home. 

At the same time, you stay on the edge of a truly Hungarian village. Here you will find, among other things, a pub and a mini supermarket. Not a touristy environment, but a place where you can experience the daily Hungarian village life. 

Your dog is also welcome!

Holidays are naturally even more enjoyable when you can bring your faithful four-legged friend along. That’s why dogs are welcome at our hotel (for a fee and up to a maximum of 2 per stay)!

The large garden is completely fenced with a fence about 1.20 meters high. This also provides plenty of space outside for you to relax together.

And with the Puszta right behind the garden, you don't have to look far for beautiful hiking opportunities. You can step out of the holiday home and enter the nature immediately.

Whether your dog likes to explore extensively, go on adventures with you, or prefers to lie in the sun comfortably, there is plenty to enjoy for him/her too.
